Over the next 30 days, teams will go head-to-head in a fitness competition built to test discipline, consistency, and grit.

•Daily exercises are assigned point values.
•Maximum of 500 points per member, per day.
•Teams are capped at 10 members until all spots are filled.

This is a monthly challenge, meaning every new month brings another chance to dominate.
